The company is led by Master Plumber Fred Mortus, who has spent more than 30 years working plumbing across metro Atlanta. Every plumber who works here works under his license and to his standard, and Fred is on the job or reachable from it.
We are an independent local company, not a franchise, and we answer to our customers rather than to a corporate territory office.

We started Nolan Plumbing because we believed homeowners deserved a better experience than what the market was offering. Too many plumbing calls end the same way: nobody answers the phone, the arrival window is a four-hour guess, the price shows up as a number with no explanation, and follow-up never happens. The plumbing itself is usually fine. Everything around the plumbing is broken.
So we built the company around fixing that part too. Nolan Plumbing Services carries the name of Fred's son, Nolan James Mortus. It is not a brand we picked from a list, and it sets the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
The company is structured to remain family-owned and independent for the long term. We are not building this to sell it in three years. We are building something that will still be here when your water heater needs replacing again, and we want to be the ones you call.
