How Nolan Plumbing Services collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated July 11, 2026.

Nolan Plumbing Services LLC ("Nolan Plumbing Services," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://nolanplumbingservices.com and provides residential and commercial plumbing services across Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Woodstock, Milton, and Atlanta. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request service, book an appointment, request an estimate, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, service and billing address, and the details you share about the plumbing issue. If you make a payment, your card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, and date and time of access. We use this information in aggregate to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and, where used, advertising cookies are optional; you can manage these using the "Manage cookies" control in our website footer or through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit parts of the site.

Calls, messages, and recordings. We may record and retain phone calls, text messages, web chat conversations, voice notes, and other communications between you and us for scheduling, quality, training, dispatch, and recordkeeping purposes. Georgia is a one-party-consent state for recording communications (O.C.G.A. § 16-11-62), and by calling, messaging, or otherwise communicating with us you consent to our recording and retention of those communications.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and provide the services you request;
  • Send service-related communications such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician dispatch and arrival updates, job status, invoicing, and follow-up;
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services; and
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

SMS / text messaging and phone information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for text messaging are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors or service providers that help us deliver the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only as needed to send the messages you have consented to receive.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (470) 200-8900. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full messaging terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as scheduling, payment processing, messaging and email delivery, mapping, and analytics), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business or assets.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain your service history, comply with our legal, tax, and licensing obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

How we protect your information

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No website or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a breach of personal information, we will notify affected Georgia residents as required by Georgia's breach-notification law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et seq.).

"Do Not Track" signals

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We adhere to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and you can control cookies as described above.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing and text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still send you service-related messages about work you have requested. You can manage optional cookies using the "Manage cookies" control in our website footer.

Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law that grants residents statutory access, correction, or deletion rights. As a matter of practice, we will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to information we are required or permitted to keep by law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site or service you use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
